Anya's Smoothie Recipe
Just made THE most delicious smoothie - 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup strawberries, 1 banana 1 big handful spinach, 1 cup water and 1 scoop Todd approved protein powder. That should take me through the next couple of weeks ok.

Mistake....almost
Close call tonight for food challenge. My daughter put a small piece of Nacho chip in the diiner tonight (Chef's idea), almost ate it before I saw it on my fork. I would have been out.
Half-Way
Thing our getting tough. People are on the ropes (self included). I am out of passes, which means I have to go the next 14 days without a mistake. One slip and I'm out. An unconscious bite could get me.
